The past few weeks have been a fun roller coaster ride here at The Conversation Group. Several of our clients are going to end this year with a bang (stay tuned). New business has been booming, with interest coming from many different industries – entertainment, technology, auto, and consumer, among others.
I’m happy to report that I am currently sitting at my new desk, at The Conversation Group’s new offices. We are now in the hopping area of Second and Mission, with Fi-Di’s everywhere (thanks Marissa). Way up here on the 5th floor, I have a view of the Bay Bridge, Varnish, some random high-rises, and even 111 Minna. I’m beginning to plan our office-warming party, which should take place within the next month or two, once we get totally settled. Should be fun!
Our new officemates are Vino Volo, a start-up that brings wine tasting to travelers in an innovative way. The wine barrel decoration and communal wine selection are awesome perks. Check them out when you are traveling for business or fun.
I love the energy and activity of this area. Searching out new lunch and happy hour spots will keep me busy for a while. of course, if you have any suggestions lunch spots or great caterers, send them along.
